摘 要:拉拉铜矿是我国西南地区典型的铁铜多金属矿之一,矿石中有价金属元素种类多,包括铜、钴、钼、铁、金、银等;其中,铜矿物主要有黄铜矿、辉铜矿、蓝辉铜矿;钴元素较为分散,主要的载体矿物为黄铁矿。为进一步提高拉拉铜矿铜、钴资源的综合利用率,进行了硫化矿物全混合浮选-粗精矿再磨再选的新工艺试验研究,试验结果表明新工艺不仅能有效的解决原工艺钴回收率低的问题,而且可以改善浮选作业环境、稳定生产操作和提高回水利用率。小型闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别为24.91%和93.44%,钼精矿钼品位和回收率分别为47.08%和78.56%;钴硫精矿钴品位和回收率分别为0.41%和84.03%的良好指标。The Lala copper ore is one of southwest typical iron-copper polymetallic ore in China. In the ore, the valuable metals are variety including copper, cobalt, molybdenum, iron, gold, silver, etc. Among them, copper minerals are ehalcopyrite, chalcocite, digenite. The cobalt element is more dispersed but the main carrier minerals is pyrite. In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization ratio of copper and cobalt, a new technology was studied on bulk flotation of sulfide minerals. Test results prove that the new technology not only can effectively solve the problem of low cobalt recovery rate of the original process, but also ameliorate the flotation operation environment, stable production operation and improve the utilization rate of recycle water. The result of laboratory closed circuit test achieved good indicator of copper concentrate grade and recovery are respectively 24. 91% and 93.44%, molybde- num concentrate grade and recovery are respectively 47.08% and 78.56%, cobalt concentrate grade and recovery are respectively O. 41% and 84. 03%.
