摘  要:目的对比现有两种装配式剪力墙结构拆分方式,提出一种新的拆分方式,结合工程案例验证该方式的可行性.方法参照柱梁体系拆分方法,在此基础上改进现有装配式剪力墙结构拆分方式,在满足等同现浇要求的前提下,保证施工质量.结果新的拆分方式外墙几乎全预制,现浇部分设置在内墙,内墙可以选择部分预制或者全部现浇,梁与填充墙拆开,剪力墙与连梁拆开,现场操作简单,外墙湿作业明显减少,现浇部分模板基本为一字型,预制构件全部为一字型,构件制作简单,传力途径清晰,使连接构造与计算假定相符合.结论笔者提出的拆分方式解决了现有两种拆分方式存在的问题,可为装配式剪力墙结构拆分设计提供借鉴.Compared with the existing two split types of prefabricated shear wall structure, the pa- per proposed a new split approach and combined with engineering examples to validate the feasi- bility of this method. According to the method of splitting the column-beam system, the existing splitting structure of the assembled shear wall structure is improved and the construction quality is guaranteed under the premise of satisfying the equivalent cast-in-situ requirement. The new mode of split wall almost entirely prefabricated and cast-in-situ set in the interior wall. The interior wall can choose part of the prefabricated or all cast-in-situ. The beam and the filling wall can be taken apart. The shear wall and beam can be separated. On-site operation is simple, so the wetting opera- tion of the exterior wall is obviously reduced. The cast-in-situ part of the template is basically a font and the prefabricated parts are all of a type. The components are simple and the force trans- mission way is clear. In conclusion, the connection structure and calculation assumption are in good agreement. The split method was proposed to solve the problems in the two existing split methods and provide reference for the split design of prefabricated shear wall structure.
