摘　　要：死亡医学证明书(死亡证)是民事活动中重要的证据之一,为了满足国家和社会不断提出管理新要求,探索并实践规范化管理势在必行。死亡证管理主要包括临床医师开具死亡证、网络报告、补办、审核监督四个方面。某院围绕这四个方面根据政策的变化,按照规范化管理的内涵,针对管理中的难点和问题,在以往工作的基础上,通过制度化建设、全程信息化管理、多部门多级审核管理、绩效管理、继续教育培训、人性化管理等措施,逐渐形成规范化管理,不仅增强医师认识死亡证重要性的意识,节省医师和管理者的时间,而且保证纸版死亡证与网络报告内容的准确性和一致性,为政府制定生命统计政策提供较为可靠的数据。同时也提出目前管理中需要改进死亡证与病案一致性的问题,规范化管理仍然需要不断深入。Death medical certificate （death certificate） is one of the important evidences in civil activities. In order to meet the new requirement proposed by state and society, exploration and practice of the standardized management is imperative. The management of death certificate mainly includes four aspects, the clinicians issuing death certificate, network reporting, death certificate making up, auditing and supervision of death certificate. Around these four aspects based on the change of the policy, some measures can not only enhance the consciousness of the clinician in the importance of death certificate, save time of the clinicians and managers, but also ensure the accuracy and consistency of printing death certificate and the network reporting death certificate. The measures included institutional construction, information management system of the whole process, many department multistage audit management, performance management, continuing education training, humanized management, and other measures to gradually forming a standardized managementaccording to the connotation of standardized management, viewing the difficulties and problems in management, on the basis of previous work. At last, these measures can provide relatively reliable data during establishing life statistical policy. At the same time, we also can raise the consistency problem of death certificate and medical record, which need to be improved during present management. The present management still need further standardization management.
