基质与播种量对夏季立体栽培不结球白菜产量及品质的影响

摘  要:以扬州青1号、高梗白和苏州青为材料,采用裂区设计,研究栽培基质和播种量对夏季立体栽培不结球白菜产量及品质的影响。结果表明:基质和播种量单因素及其互作对不结球白菜产量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)均有显著影响,其中基质的影响大于播种量;不结球白菜产量、可溶性糖含量、SPAD均表现为白色无纺布基质优于黑色无纺布基质;可溶性糖含量和SPAD以白色无纺布2.0g·m^(-2)播种量处理下最高,而产量以白色无纺布3.3g·m^(-2)播种量处理最高;扬州青1号综合性状优于其他2个品种;相关分析表明,产量、可溶性糖含量和SPAD两两呈极显著正相关。扬州青1号采用白色无纺布基质、中等密度栽培有利于产量与品质的提高。The effects of different substrate(white and black non-woven fabric)and seed rate(2.0,3.3,and5.0g·m^-2)application on yield and quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage in stereoscopic cultivation with integrative water and fertilizer were studied using the varieties Yangzhouqing1,Gaogengbai and Suzhouqing as materials under split block design.The results showed that the single and interactions of substrate and seed rate all affected yield,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll SPAD value respectively,and the influence of substrate was larger than seed rate on yield.Among different treatments,yield,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll SPAD value were higher when white non-woven fabric applied.Soluble sugar content and chlorophyll SPAD value were higher when seed rate of 2.0g·m^-2 was applied,while yield was higher in seed rate of 3.3g·m^-2.Yangzhouqing1 had higher yield,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll SPAD value than those of the other varities.yield,soluble sugar content and chlorophyll SPAD value were positively correlated with each other.Yangzhouqing1,white non-woven fabric applied and medium seed rate should be adopted,which could improve yield and quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
