摘　　要：在系统方案选择的基础上,选用Serial/Profibus-DP网关,通过软硬件配置,实现Modbus网络和Profibus-DP网络之间数据的异构通信,完成了西门子DCS与施耐德PLC设备的硬集成,整个系统具有良好的稳定性和实时性,可满足工业生产的要求。这种异构系统集成方法可为多协议系统的兼容提供参考。On the basis of the system plan selection, choose the Serial/Profibus - DP gateway, through the software and hardware configuration, realizing the data heterogeneous communication between Modbus network and Profibus -DP network, completes the Siemens DCS and Schneider PLC equipment integration. The whole system has good stability and real - time performance. It can meet the requirements of industrial production. The heterogeneous system integration method can offer reference for Multi - pro- tocol system compatible.
