摘　　要：详细介绍了基于三菱PLC控制的双料自动混合器的工作原理以及控制程序设计,内容主要包括I/O地址分配、PLC外部接线图、控制原理以及程序流程图等。实践证明,该双料自动混合器控制方式简单,步进电机能够在低速大扭矩情况下实现方向、速度控制,具有简单与实用的优点。This paper introduces the working principle and the control program design of double liquids automatic mixer based on Mitsubishi PLC control in detail, mainly includes the external I/O address allocation, PLC wiring diagram, control principle and program flow chart. Practice has proved that the double liquids automatic mixer control method is simple, the stepper motor can be implemented under the condition of low speed high torque direction and speed control, it has the advantages of simple and practical.
