摘 要:杭州天然气利用工程S16富阳支线4标段高压管道由北往南穿越富春江。由于富春江穿越工程地质条件复杂,两次定向钻穿越均未成功。经专家论证改用顶管穿越方案,顶管内径2.4 m,顶管全长653.32 m。为降低竖井深度,缩短工期,降低工程投资,该穿越设计超常规采用了大坡度的U型顶管曲线设计。在介绍了场地环境和水文地质条件的基础上,较详细地论述了顶管纵断面设计、顶管竖井设计、顶进管节形式等内容;而后概括性地阐述了顶管穿越地层的特点、顶管施工难点分析、顶管施工的主要机具配置与技术措施等关键技术内容。施工实践证明,工程采用的竖向曲线顶管方案与目前普遍采用的竖向水平顶管方案相比,始发井深度减小约30 m,接收井深度减小约20 m,直接降低两侧竖井的工程费用近千万元,缩短施工周期至少60 d。该工程采用超常规设计与施工方案,开创了国内岩石段大坡度竖向曲线顶管的先河,对今后类似的工程具有一定的借鉴意义。In Hangzhou Gas Utilization Project, Fuyang S16 branch pipeline had to cross Fuchunjiang River. Because of the complex geological condition, crossing construction failed for two times. Through expert argumentation, the crossing scheme of pipe jacking for the pipeline section with diameter of 2.4 m and length of 653.32 m was adopted. In order to de- crease shaft depth, shorten construction period and reduce engineering investment, the unconventional steep U shaped pipe jacking curve was adopted in the crossing design. This paper describes in detail the profile design, shaft design and jacking pipe forms, and introduces briefly the strata features, main construction difficulties, main equipment and tech- nical measures. The construction practice proved that compared with usual horizontal pipe jacking technique, the new method decreased the dispatching shaft depth about 30 m and the receiving shaft depth about 20 m, reduced the shafts construction cost about 10 million yuan and the construction period at least 60 d.
