摘 要:以某公司4 500 t/d水泥熟料生产线DDF型分解炉为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件,气相湍流模型选用k-ε模型,利用组分传输模型实现分解炉内煤粉燃烧与生料分解的耦合过程的数值模拟,得到了炉体内温度场、各组分浓度场等,并将上述相关数据与工况对比,论证了数值模拟的正确性。Taking the DDF precalciner of a 4 500 t/d cement clinker production line of a company as as research object, using the FLUENT software, the gas phase is expressed with k -6 two -equation model. Numerical simulations on the coupling process of the combustion of coal powder and the decomposition of the raw material in precalciner were performed using component transport model. The data that calculated temperature field and concentration field of each component was con- sistent with the data under working condition. The results of comparing the correlation data with operating conditions show that the correctness of numerical simulation.
