摘　　要：在全球伊斯兰债券市场发展迅速的背景下,本文重点分析了国际伊斯兰债券的发展情况,尤其是马来西亚伊斯兰债券的模式和特点。在此基础上,对我国内地发展伊斯兰债券提出两点建议:政策法规上放行,并以开展试点的方式逐步推行;对伊斯兰债券实行标准化处理。在建设"一带一路"的背景下,该研究对发展伊斯兰债券,推动我国资本市场国际化具有重要的参考意义。Global sukuk market grows quickly. The paper focuses on analyzing the development of international sukuk, in particular on the mode and characteristics of Malaysian sukuk. On this basis, it offers two suggestions for developing sukuk in China's Mainland. One is to release regulations about sukuk and to carry out pilot projects gradually. The other is to standardize sukuk market. In the context of constructing ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂, this study provides valuable reference for developing sukuk and promoting the internationalization of Chinese capital market.
