摘　　要：高校毕业生就业困难群体的职业指导和帮扶工作,关系着学生自身的健康发展、高校的可持续发展和社会的和谐稳定。作为高校就业指导的一线工作者,辅导员应该努力探索针对毕业生就业困难群体职业指导和帮扶工作的新方法、新途径,以提升他们的就业信心和就业竞争力,帮助他们顺利就业。The career guidance and assistance of graduates＇ difficult in securing employment are critical to their own healthy development, the sustainable development of universities, and the social harmony and stability. As front-line educators of universities＇ employment guidance, the counselors should explore new ways to improve their confidence and employment competitiveness and to ensure their smooth employment.
