摘 要:针对扶余油田多年混注热采产生的效果逐轮变差、储层动用差异大、渗透率高的储层及部位水淹或水窜等问题,有针对性地在探91区块开展了分层热采配套技术研究及试验,该技术采用下部填砂,上部用热敏封隔器分隔的方式实现分层注汽,并研究了配套工艺管柱及压井液技术。对目的实验井进行优选,对注汽参数进行优化研究,针对每口井特点提出不同的地质个性化设计。试验结果表明,分层注汽可有效避免水淹水窜,注汽量明显低于混注热采,蒸汽利用率较高,费用减少。效果较好,有效提高了热效率。总体评价可见分层注汽效益远高于混注,在目前低迷油价下,该技术为扶余油田类稠油区块开发提高采收率提供技术支撑。In view of Fuyu oilfield that using the mixed injection for thermal recovery for many years,with poor effect gradually,such as large difference existed in the production process of reservoirs,some high-permeability reservoirs have been water flooding or some water channeling,etc,the research and experiment of stratified thermal recovery technology have been conducted in the Block91,the technology adopted that lower part was filled with sand,the upper part was sealed with heat-sensitive packers to realize the layered steam injection. The matched pipe string and killing fluids have also been studied,which includes the optimization of experimental wells and steam injection parameters,specific design of each well in terms of different geological conditions. Test results showed that layered steam injection could avoid water flooding or channeling effectively,featured with smaller volume of steam injection than that of mixed injection,higher utilization rate of steam,lower cost,better effect,which has raised thermal efficiency. The overall evaluation considered that economic efficiency of stratied steam injection was much higher than that of mixed injection. Under the current downturn of oil price,the technology can provide the technical support for heavy oil development in Fuyu oilfield by raising oil recovery
