摘 要:针对鲁迈拉油田地层压力较高、井下作业过程中易发生井喷风险的问题,采用井控设备和井口压力控制工具来进行井控,避免井喷事故发生。列举了鲁迈拉油田目前现场主要应用的井控设备和井口压力控制工具,阐述了相关的压力控制方式及试压工艺标准。并对试压介质中混入气体、试压过程温差较大、压力测试仪灵敏度较高、试压容器容积较大等影响试压结果的因素进行了分析。通过理论分析结合现场试验,总结出试压合格的评判标准。井下作业过程中一系列工艺的现场应用表明,合理安装井控设备和井口压力控制工具,严格按照试压标准进行试压,能为鲁迈拉油田井下作业提供可靠的井控保障。Due to the formation pressure in Rumaila oilfield is higher,blowout risk is easy to occur in the process of downhole operation,the well control eauipment and wellhead pressure controling tools have been used to avoid blowout accident.The paper has shown the well control equipment and wellhead pressure controling tools being used in Rumaila oilfield at present,and given the relevant pressure control methods and technical standards for pressure test. Several factors that affect the pressure test results have been analyzed,including mixed gas in pressure test medium,larger temperature difference in the process of pressure test,higher sensitivity of pressure tester,larger volume of pressure test vessel,etc. Through the theoretical analysis and field test,the evaluation standard for pressure test has been summarized. A series of field application in downhole operation showed that reasonable arrangement of well control equipment and wellhead pressure control tools,as well as conducting pressure test strictly in terms of the standard,could provide a guarantee for well control in the process of downhole operation in Rumaila oilfield.
