摘　　要：一个特定地区住宅的阳台发展必然会烙刻上其地域特征,体现出人文特色,记录当时的历史环境。通过调研相关的文献资料,实地考察取证,结合石河子地区住宅阳台的发展历程,对新疆严寒区住宅阳台顺其历史发展脉络进行了一次系统的梳理,进而总结出影响其形式与功能演变的主要因素是经济、政治、物质、技术等。The residential balconies＇ development of a certain area will be engraved on its geographical characteristics, reflecting the cultural features and recording the historical environment at that time. Through the investigation of the relevant materials and expedition and gathering evidences on-the-spot, the paper, with a combination of the residential balconies＂ development in Shihezi area, conducts a systematic review of the residential balconies at severe cold regions in Xinjiang along their historical development, and summarizes the main factors affecting their form and function evolution which are economy, politics, material and technology.
