反思“新蒙昧主义”金融范式——金融叙事属性背后的危机与不平等

摘　　要：无疆界的市场经济浪潮,在20世纪下半叶蜕变为以金融叙事为中心的全球化。"新蒙昧主义"诞生于"自由市场终于战胜政府权力管制"的欢呼声中,他们的神圣信条正是新自由主义所倡导的"华盛顿共识"。在完全信用货币体系下,价值之锚的"黄金常数"被淡化,替而代之的是掌握了金融叙事权力的三大"核心组织":美联储、三大评级机构、五大投资银行。金融叙事属性必然带来不平等与危机的双重缺憾,需要我们从理论上对西方金融叙事化导向进行哲学反思,对金融化世界带来的人类历史进化意义进行追问;从实践上扬弃西方自由放任的金融化范式,发展中国特色社会主义市场经济。中国经济发展的需要诉求着对全球金融市场的话语权的发挥和影响力,进而寻求实现全球经济正义。A wave of market economy without borders transforms into the globalization with financial narrative as the center during the second half of the 20 th century. ＂New Obscurantism＂emerges with the boom when ＂the free market finally conquers the power regulation of the government＂,and its credo is ＂Washington Consensus＂advocated by the neoliberalism. Under the complete system of credit currency,＂golden constant＂is blurred as the anchor of value while three ＂core organizations＂,namely the Federal Reserve,Big Three Credit Rating Agencies and five largest investment banks,take the place to master the power of financial narrative. The financial narrative attribute will inevitably lead to crisis and inequality,which requires both philosophical reflection of narrative guidance of the Western finance and close question of evolving significance of human history affected by the financialized world in theory while abandoning the Western financial paradigm of free noninterference so as to develop the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The needs of China’s economic development appeal for the function and influence of voice in the global financial market.
