摘　　要：加强知识产权保护是推动企业科技创新的重要途径,随着企业对专利成果重视程度的提升,如何处理好专利成果保护与企业技术标准和科技论文的关系,关系到科技成果价值的充分发挥,也关系到企业竞争力的持续提升。为此以研究科技成果保护策略为目标,分析专利标准化的发展趋势,探讨了专利成果与技术标准和科技论文的有效组合方式,并提出了企业促进科技成果保护和价值发挥的若干建议。Strengthening the protection of intellectual property right is an important way to promote the innovation of science and technology for enterprises. As enterprises pay more attention to patent achievements,how to deal with the relationship between the protection of patent achievements and technical standards and scientific papers is not only related to the full play of the value of scientific and technological achievements, but also related to the continuous im- provement of competitiveness of enterprises. This paper aims to study strategies of the protection of scientific and technological achievements,analyzes the development trend of patent standardization,explores effective combinations of patent achievements and technical standards and scientific papers, and offers proposals for promoting the protection and the value of scientific and technological achievements.
