摘  要:为提高奥氏体球墨铸铁的力学性能,通过加入微量合金元素Mo和Cr,研究Mo和Cr对奥氏体球墨铸铁微观组织和力学特性的影响。结果表明:单独加入合金元素Mo或Cr时,均能够提高奥氏体球墨铸铁的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率及硬度。当同时加入适量的Mo和Cr合金元素时,可进一步提高奥氏体球墨铸铁的抗拉强度、屈服强度及硬度,伸长率比单独加入合金元素时稍有降低,但仍然比没有加入合金元素时伸长率有所增加。In order to improve the mechanical properties of austenitic ductile iron, we researched the influence of Mo and Cr on austenite ductile microstructure and mechanical properties by adding small amounts of alloying elements Mo and Cr. The results show that when alloying elements Mo or Cr alone is added, many performances of the austenitic ductile iron can be improved, such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness. When an appropriate amount of alloying elements Mo and Cr is added at the same time, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the austenitic ductile iron can be further improved, only the elongation is slightly lower, but it is still better than without increasing alloying elements.
