摘　　要：T/R组件是相控阵雷达中最为重要的组成部件之一,且在相控阵雷达中包含大量的T/R组件。主要针对大批量T/R组件如何开展抽样检验进行了分析研究,对T/R组件的质量特性进行了分类,重点对各类质量特性接收质量限的确定进行了分析,给出了批量为1000的T/R组件的抽样方案。这对大批量T/R组件抽样检验起到了参考作用。T/R module is one of the most important components in the phased array radar,and the phased array radar contains a large number of T/R modules. How to perform the sampling inspection of large quantities of T/R modules is mainly analyzed and studied. The quality characteristics of T /R modules are classified,and the acceptance quality limit（ AQL） of various quality characteristics is determined and analyzed emphatically. The sampling scheme of 1000 T/R modules is given,which can play a reference role in the sampling inspection of large quantities of T/R modules.
