摘　　要：妊娠期甲状腺毒症属于妊娠期内分泌疾病,近年来发病率增加,主要表现为焦虑、多汗、烦躁和体重减低等症状,如未及时控制会对母体和胎儿健康造成严重影响。妊娠期甲状腺毒症的正确诊断和治疗,对孕妇及胎儿具有重大意义。本文简要综述妊娠期甲状腺毒症的发病原因和诊断,及孕期各阶段的治疗措施。Thyrotoxicosis during pregnancy is the endocrine disorder of pregnant women, which is manitested as anxiety, sweating, irritability and weight loss symptoms. In recent years, the morbidity of thyrotoxicosis during pregnancy is gradually increased. However, it causes serious impact on maternal and fetal health probably. The precise diagnosis and treatment for thyrotoxicosis during pregnancy are crucial for pregnant women and fetuses. This review describes the etiology of thyrotoxicosis during pregnancy and its diagnosis and treatment.
