摘  要:目的:明确乌塌菜种子在发芽初期对不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液的耐受性。方法:以乌塌菜种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度PEG溶液(0、50、100、200、300、400 mmol/L)对种子的相对发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对萌发活力指数、相对伤害率、主根长、下胚轴长、叶绿素含量及根系活力等相关指标的影响。结果:乌塌菜种子在PEG浓度为50 mmol/L,其相对发芽率、发芽势、叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标分别为108.7%、70%、3.8 mg/g·FW和0.132μg/g·FW·h,均显著高于对照,而100 mmol/L PEG溶液处理其相应指标分别为95.6%、61%、3.0 mg/g·FW和0.125μg/g·FW·h,均与对照差异不显著。结论:随着PEG浓度的逐渐升高,对各指标的抑制作用也逐渐增强。乌塌菜种子可耐100 mmol/L的PEG胁迫。Objective: In order to determine the tolerance of Wuta Tsai seeds to NaCl at the initial stage of germinating. Method: Wuta Tsai seeds were stressed by different concentration of PEG solution, from 0 to 400 mmol/ L varied every 50 mmol/L or 100 mmol/L. Germinating characteristics of the Wuta Tsai seeds were measured by the relative indices which were germination energy, relative germination rate, relative germination index, relative germination vigor index, relative damage rate, taproot and hypocotyls length, chlorophyll content and root activity. Result: When PEG concentration was 50 mmoL/L, each germination index, chlorophyll content and root activity were 108.7% ,70% ,3.8 mg/g · FW and 0. 132μg/g · FW · h, respectively, which were significantly higher than the control. But, with 100 mmol/L, each germination index, chlorophyll content and root activity were 95.6% ,61% ,3.0 mg/g · FW and 0. 125μg/g · FW · h, respectively, which had no significant difference from the control. Conclusion: With the increase of PEG concentration, each indicator was suppressed more and more. A tolerated PEG concentration is 100 mmol/L in the process of germinating of Wuta Tsai seeds.
