摘　　要：文章分析了我国高校图书馆智库服务功能聚焦的核心与重点、我国高校图书馆发挥展现其智库服务功能的基本途径、提升我国高校图书馆智库服务功能效益的基本方法等几个方面。笔者认为高校图书馆作为高等学校重要组成部分的"学术性机构",其基本、主要和核心的功能均在于为高校的教育教学、科学研究、人才培养、学科建设"服务",高校图书馆虽具有"智库功能",但不能成为"智库"机构。This paper discusses the focus and key point of the think tank function of university libraries in China, the basic way to play the service function of the think tank in university libraries, the basic method to improve the efficiency of the service function of the think tank in university libraries. The author thinks that as important parts of colleges and universities in China libraries should serve for the teaching, scientific research, talent training, discipline construction. This is the basic, main and core function, but is not a ＂think tank＂ institution.
