摘 要:随着大功率动力机械的研制,传统单一的整地机械将逐渐被淘汰,联合整地作业机将成为整地机械发展的重要方向。为此,本文设计一种适用于北方干旱半干旱地区的深松灭茬整地联合作业机。该机主要由深松装置、灭茬装置、镇压碎土装置及悬挂机构组成,一次进地可以完成深松、灭茬、镇压整形等多项作业,还可分别卸下灭茬装置或深松装置,在不需要联合作业时完成单一作业,可以满足不同的工况需求,有效提高农机利用率及劳动生产率。该研究将有利于耕作方式的优化和保护性耕作技术的推广。With the development of high-powered power machinery, combined tillage machine becomes the important direction of mechanical soil preparation developing and instead of traditional single tillage machinery gradually. A kind of sub-soiling and stubbling tillage combined machine which is suitable for northern arid and semi-arid regions was designed. This machine is mainly composed of sub-soiling device, stubbling device, soil suppressing and crushing device and suspension mechanism, which can complete multiple operations at the same time. When single operation is needed, sub-soiling device and stubbling device can be unloaded respectively to satisfying the requirements of different conditions and improving agricultural utilization rate and labor productivity. This research would be beneficial to the optimization of farming methods and the promotion of conservation tillage technology.
