摘  要:设计的谷子半喂入脱粒装置试验台可实现谷子茎秆在立姿提升、水平输送过程中,对谷穗进行碾压、梳刷和抖动,达到籽粒与谷码的分离。试验台采用组合式结构设计,工作部件的结构和运动参数调整方便。测控系统中,以工控机和信号采集卡作为硬件控制系统的核心,采用测控软件系统对试验过程中工作部件的转速、转矩和功率等参数进行实时采集、显示、处理与分析,为谷子半喂入式联合收获机的关键部件设计提供了依据。Grinding, brushing and dithering to separate grains and chaff of the millet fringes can be realized by this designed test-bed during the process of vertical promotion and horizontal conveying. Modular structure design was adopted in this test-bed which made the structure and motion parameters of working parts were easy to adjust. Industrial computer and acquisition cards were adopted as control center in the measurement and control system, thus the data of rotational speed, torque, power consumption and other parameters can be collected, displayed, processed and analyzed constantly. The experiments on the test-bed of semi-feeding millet threshing mechanism can provide the basis for the design on critical components of semi-feeding millet combine harvester.
