摘  要:均匀、健壮的幼苗是实现机械嫁接的条件之一。光对植物的生长发育有重要影响,为此,本文研究红光、蓝光、白光及红蓝组合光(红∶蓝=8∶1)等四种不同LED光质对南瓜幼苗生长的影响,得到最适光质,培育出外观特征均匀一致的幼苗。在此基础上,研究在最适光质下,L24D0、L15D9、L12D12和L9D15不同光周期对南瓜幼苗生长的影响。本试验结果表明:红蓝组合LED光源处理下的幼苗生长优于白色LED光源处理,红色LED光源和蓝光LED光源均不利于幼苗生长,四种光源下均未出现不适合机械嫁接的弯曲苗;L24D0处理下的南瓜幼苗壮苗指数为0.41、茎粗为3.28mm,大于其他光照处理,说明红蓝组合LED光源下的长光周期处理更有利于培育均一、健壮的南瓜砧木幼苗。Uniform and healthy seedling is a precondition of mechanical grafting. As light is important to seedling growth, effect of different LED light (red, blue, white, and combination light) on the appearance characteristics of pumpkin seedlings were studied and the optimum light was obtained. Then, influences of different photoperiods (L24D0, L15D9 and LgDI5) on pumpkin seedling growth were studied under optimum light quality. The results indicate that pumpkin seedlings under combination LED light (red : blue 8 : 1) grow superior to white LED light, and single I.ED lighting (blue or red) has disadvantages for seedling growth. Curved seedling which in conveniences with mechanical grafting has not appeared under four kinds of light. Pumpkin seedlings under L24D0 photoperiod have bigger healthy index (0.41) and stem diameter (3.28mm) than other photoperiod treatment. It could be concluded that blue and red combination LED light with a L24D0 photoperiod is good for the cultivation of pumpkin seedlings.
