摘　　要：介绍了万科麓城整体装配式住宅的外墙防水设计及节点处理。根据"材料密封防水、物理构造防水和构造排水相结合"的设防原则,该工程墙板水平接缝采用内高外低的企口构造,墙板竖缝采用槽口构造,在板缝内侧预嵌橡胶止水带,板缝外侧嵌填耐候密封胶,板缝空腔设置导水管排水,防水效果好;门窗周边、预留洞口等节点的密封防水处理保证了建筑的正常使用功能。The article introduces waterproofing design and details treatment for the external walls of prefabricated buildings of Wanke Lucheng. As per the principle： material waterproofing combining physical structure waterproofing and structure drainage, the horizontal joints of wall panels adopt tongue and groove structure with the inner side high and outer side low; the vertical joints adopt slot structure; rubber water stops are embedded in advance in the internal side of the panel joints; weather resistant sealant is used to fill the panel joints from outside; water manifolds are fixed in the cavities of the panel joints, and good waterproofing effect is reached. Moreover, waterproofing treatments of details such as surroundings of door and window, reserved holes et cetera further guarantee the normal functioning of the buildings.
