摘 要:采用水热法以不同溅射时间(5-25min)制备的AZO种子层载玻片为衬底,制备出具有较好光致发光性能的ZnO纳米棒.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光谱(PL)表征了样品的晶体结构、表面形貌和光致发光性能.结果表明:AZO种子层对ZnO纳米棒起到了很好的导向作用,使c轴取向更好,实现对生长方向的控制.AZO种子层的溅射时间对纳米棒的PL谱有重要影响,在一定范围内随着溅射时间的增加,ZnO纳米棒的近紫外发光峰有明显的增强,深能级发光峰有一定的减弱.当溅射时间为15min时,PL谱显示紫外发光峰强度最大,光致发光性能最佳.ZnO nanorods with better photoluminescence properties were successfully synthesized by Hydrothermal method on glass substrate using AZO as seed layer sputtered by different time(5-25min).The crystal structural,surface morphology and photoluminescence(PL)spectra of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and photoluminescence(PL),respectively.Experimental results show that the AZO seed layer controlled commendably the growth direction of the ZnO nanorods along c axis.The sputtering time of AZO seed layer has significantl effect on photoluminescence properties of ZnO nanorods.In the appropriate range,the NBE-peaks increase apparently and the deep-level emission peaks decrease partly as the sputtering time rising.When the sputtering time was 15 min,PL shows the highest NBE-peaks and the optimum photoluminescence properties.
