摘　　要：阐述了我国医药电商及其物流概况,采用案例分析法分析药品自建物流的综合模式、B2C模式和O2O模式及外包物流运作模式,为我国各类医药电商物流策略的制定提供依据。研究认为,当前我国医药电商物流市场呈多元化发展,不同类型医药电商应依据所处内外部环境制定有针对性的物流战略及解决方案,建立医药供应链资源优化配置平台,使供应链各参与方实现利益共享。In this paper, we introduced the current development status of the medical e-business and logistics in China and used the case analysis to study the comprehensive mode, B2C mode, O2O mode and outsourced mode of the independently developed medical logistics system of these enterprises.Through the study, we found that in view of the diversified development of the medical e-commerce logistics market in China, the medical e-businesses of various types should formulate suitable logistics strategies and solutions according to their internal and external circumstances and build the medical supply chain resource optimized deployment platform to realize the win-win for the supply chain parties.
