摘　　要：根据供应商的评价指标体系,运用基于改进的层次分析法、指标凝聚数据包络分析法和灰色关联分析法的模型对各供应商进行了评价,并建立了基于改进层次分析法、指标凝聚数据包络分析法的灰色关联度分析模型。该模型既考虑了决策者的偏好,又充分利用了客观的定量数据,使得供应商的选择更加客观、合理,并通过实例分析为企业选择出供应商3为最优供应商,为企业提供了决策性参考。In this paper, according to the index system in supplier evaluation, we used the improved AHP, index aggregated DEA and grey correlation analysis to evaluate the suppliers in question and establish the grey correlation analytic model based on the improved AHP and index aggregated DEA.The model established considered both the preference of the decision-makers and made full use of the objective and quantitative data, thus rendering the selection of the supplier more objective and reasonable and at the end, through an empirical case, demonstrated its application.
