摘　　要：对果蔬类农产品溯源进行深入研究分析,基于集装化技术,综合考虑GSI编码标准全球的普遍性和通用性,以及目前中国水果生产、加工的供应链实际状况,采用一种核心编码元能够与GSI编码体系兼容的自定义编码方案并提出相应的溯源设计方案,并以A公司苹果溯源为例,进行标识方案设计。In this paper, we analyzed in-depth the tracing of the fruit and vegetable products and then based on the containerization technology, through comprehensively considering the universality and generality of the GSI coding as well as the practical situation of the fruit production and processing in China at the current stage, we adopted a GSI compatible customized coding solution, proposed the corresponding tracing plan and at the end, applied it in the empirical case of the company A.
