摘　　要：新型的蚕蛹蛋白纤维具有诱人的发展前景,本文根据蚕蛹蛋白纤维纱线的性能特点,探讨开发蚕蛹蛋白纤维衬衫面料的工艺要点。采用精梳棉纱作为经纱,蚕蛹蛋白纤维纱线作为纬纱,运用不同组织结构和色纱搭配,设计开发了几款色织衬衫面料。该系列面料具有丝绸织物的外观和良好的服用性能。The new silkworm pupa protein fiber has attractive prospect of development. According to the performance characteristics of silkworm pupa protein fiber yarn, this paper discusses some technology points of developing the silkworm pupa protein fiber shirt fabrics .We use combed cotton yarn as warp, silkworm pupa protein fiber yarn as weft, using different organizational structures tie-in the colored yarn, designed and developed a few yarn-dyed shirt fabric. This series of fabric with the appearance of silk fabric and good performance.
