摘  要:目的探讨不同性别、不同年龄段体循环大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及分布情况。方法选取2012年1月至2015年6月在该院行胸部、腹部或胸腹部CT的40岁及以上检查者3 814例,其中40~〈50岁1 412例,50~〈60岁1 962例,≥60岁440例。统计不同性别、不同年龄段检查者体循环大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及钙化部位、数目。结果 40~〈60岁男性体循环大动脉、胸动脉、冠状动脉及腹部大动脉钙化检出率明显高于该年龄段女性,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);50~〈60岁检查者的体循环大动脉、胸动脉、冠状动脉及腹部大动脉钙化检出率明显高于40~〈50岁,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);40~〈50、50~〈60、≥60岁3个年龄段中男性体循环大动脉钙化、胸动脉、冠状动脉检出率高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。胸主动脉钙化检出数目最多是主动脉弓,其次是胸部降主动脉,而钙化数目检出最少是升主动脉;男性下腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是中腹主动脉,女性中腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是下腹主动脉;不同年龄段检查者均为下腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是中腹主动脉,上腹主动脉钙化数目最少。结论年龄及性别均对大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及数目产生影响,其腹部大动脉钙化最好发部位是中下腹主动脉,胸部是主动脉弓,对心血管疾病的发生有提示价值,应引起重视。Objective To investigate the incidence rate and distribution situation of calcifications at systemic circulation aorta and coronary artery in different sexes and ages to discuss their differences. Methods A total of 3 814 cases aged 40 years old or over undergoing chest,abdomen-thorax CT in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,among them,1 412 cases were 40-50 years old,1 962 cases were 50-60 years old and 440 cases were ≥60 years old. The incidence rate,position and number of calcifications at systemic circulation aorta and coronary artery were performed statistically.Results The calcifications detection rate of systemic circulation aorta,thoracic artery,coronary artery and abdominal aorta in the male group of 40-50 years old was significantly higher than that in the female group of this age period,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);which in subjects of 50-60 years old was apparently higher than that in the subjects of 40-50 years old with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05);which in males of 40-50,50-60,≥60 years old was higher than that in females,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The maximal detection number of thoracic aorta calcification was the aortic arch and followed by thoracic descending aorta,while the minimal detection number of calcifications was the ascending aorta;the lower abdominal aorta calcification number in males was maximal,followed by middle abdominal aorta,the middle abdominal aorta calcification in females was maximal,followed by lower abdominal aorta;the lower abdominal aorta calcification number was maximal in different ages of subjects,followed by the middle abdominal aorta,while the calcification number of upper abdominal aorta was minimal. Conclusion Age and sex all produce the influence on the calcification incidence rate of aorta and coro-nary artery. The most frequent site of abdominal aorta calcification is middle and lower abdominal aorta,and aortic arch is the common site
