One bath combined treatment of chemical desizing and cellulase wash for denim under low temperature

摘  要:采用正交试验设计,以次氯酸钠、氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺用量和时间为变量,在25℃的条件下对靛蓝牛仔织物进行退浆。测试织物的颜色深度、强力、质量损失率及柔软度指标,并进行数据分析。试验结果表明:当次氯酸钠为5 g/L、氢氧化钠为2 g/L、三乙醇胺为0.6g/L、处理时间为10 min时,织物的各项指标达到最优。在优化条件下进行退浆后,直接加入低温纤维素酶进行酶洗,处理后织物的各项指标与传统的先用50℃淀粉酶退浆再用纤维素酶酶洗的两步法指标接近。The dosage of sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine and treatment time are used as impact factors in orthogonal design foroindigo denim desizing at 25℃. The color strength, tensile strength, weight loss percentage and softness are measured and the data are analyzed The results show that the optimum desizing performance achieved at 5g/L of sodium hypochlorite, 2g/L of sodium hydroxide, 0.6g/L of triethanolamine and desizing for 10rain. After desizing, low temperature cellulase CS is added directly into the treatment bath. Compared with traditional two-step treatment with amylase desizing at 50℃ followed by cellulase wash, the new one-bath process of combined -chemical desizing and cellulase wash at low temperature can achieve the similar results.
