山西省某三甲医院普外科患者住院天数影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的为了解医院普外科患者住院天数的影响因素。方法运用描述性研究和分析性研究方法对山西省某三甲医院普外科信息系统数据进行分析。结果年龄、性别、疾病类型、住院次数和出院时情况对普外科住院患者平均住院日有影响(P<0.01)。男性平均住院天数(10.30 d)略高于女性(8.76 d),平均费用(1 580.36元)也相应高于女性(1 298.04元);中老年组住院日最长,人均费用最高,未成年组平均住院日最短(5.41 d),人均费用最低(496.93元)(P<0.01);不同出院情况、不同疾病类型普外科患者在平均住院日上都有统计学意义。结论普外科住院患者平均住院日影响因素包括年龄、性别、疾病类型、住院次数和出院时情况。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the hospital stay in the department of general surgery. Methods Descriptive and analytic methods were used to analyze the data of information system in the De-partment of General Surgery in a Shanxi provincial 3A-grade hospital. Results The age, gender, type of disease,number of hospitalizations, and hospital discharge were significantly associated with the average hospital stay of pa-tients hospitalized in the department of general surgery（P〈0.01）. The average hospital stay of male patients（10.30 d）was longer than that of female patients（8.76 d）. The average cost of male patients（1 580.36 yuan） was correspondent-ly higher than that of female patients（1 298.04 yuan）. The average hospital stay and cost in the middle-aged and elderly group were the longest and the highest, respectively; whereas the average hospital stay and cost in the minor group were the shortest（5.41 d） and the lowest（496.93 yuan）, respectively（P〈0.01）. There was statistical significance in the average hospital stay among the patients hospitalized in the department of general surgery with different hospital discharge and type of diseases. Conclusion The influencing factors of the average hospital stay in the department of general surgery include age, gender, type of disease, number of hospitalizations and hospital discharge.
