摘　　要：目的结合野战医疗所基地化训练,分析占用型医疗装备的使用效能,为总体评估野战医疗所的卫勤保障能力提供参考。方法利用线性规划方法建立占用型医疗装备使用效能评估模型,并进行效能分析。结果占用型医疗装备使用效能随着伤病员数量增加而递减,其中工效指标与使用效能呈正比关系,硬件指标、损耗指标与使用效能呈反比关系。结论通过校验,该模型有效且稳定性较好,可应用于不同野战医疗所占用型医疗装备使用效能的横向比较,也可为决策层合理配置人员、装备提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the efficiency of medical equipment occupied in combination with the base training at field medical institute, so as to provide reference for the evaluation of the ability of medical support of field operation medical institute. Methods The evaluation model for the efficiency of medical equipment occupied was established by linear programming, and efficiency analysis was completed. Results The efficiency of medical equipment occupied decreased progressively with the increase of the number of the sick and the wounded. The ergonomics index was positively correlated to the efficiency, while the hardware index and loss index were negatively correlated to the efficiency of medical equipment. Conclusion As verified, the evaluation model is effective and has better stability. It is suitable for horizontal comparison in order to evaluate the efficiency of medical equipment occupied in various field operation medical institutes, providing reference for the rational allocation of personnel and equipment in decision-making.
