摘 要:目的观察并分析优化肺动脉cT成像技术在临床的应用效果。方法选择2013年5月~2015年5月医院接收的150例进行肺动脉cT成像检查患者为研究对象,将其随机分成延迟法组、上腔静脉组、肺动脉干组,分别进行经验延迟法、上腔静脉触发和肺动脉干触发扫描,观察比较三组的扫描图像效果。结果肺动脉干组肺动脉干及亚段肺动脉的CT值均明显高于其他两组,且对比度噪声LL(CNR)值也明显较高(P〈0.05);肺动脉干组评价结果5分和4分所占比例合计为86.0%.扫描图像质量显著高于延迟法组和上腔静脉组的56.0%(P〈0.05)。结论优化的肺动脉干触发扫描技术所得的扫描图像更加准确,可为临床诊疗提供更优价值的参考依据。Objective To observe and analysis the effects of optimized pulmonary artery CT imaging technology in clinical application. Methods A total of 150 patients admitted to our hospital and examined with pulmonary artery CT imaging from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected by computer and divided into the delay group, superior vena cava group and trunk pulmonary group(n=50, respectively). The three groups received delayed experience method, superior vena cava trigger and pulmonary trunk trigger scanning respectively to compare the effects of the scanning image in the three groups. Besults The CT values of trunk pulmonary and sub segmental pulmonary artery in the trunk pulmonary group were much higher than those in the other two groups, and the contrast noise CNR was also significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P 〈 0.05). The proportion of patients with scores of five points and four points in the trunk pulmonary group reached 86.0%, and the quality of the scanning image was also higher than the 56.0% in the delay group and the superior vena cava group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The scanning image of the optimized pulmonary artery trigger scan technology is more clear and accurate, which can provide better reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
