摘　　要：为了释放熔铸产能,降低生产成本,设计并制作了一套可调结晶器,以一套生产工具满足多种规格铸锭的生产,并节约工具制造成本,结果表明设计的该套可调结晶器可以满足使用要求。In order to release the smehing capacity, and reduce production cost, the paper designs anti manufactures a set of adjustable mould, which can meet different size of ingot casting production, and saves costs for tool manufacture, the resuh shows that the set of adjustable mouht can satisfy the requirement.
