摘　　要：近年来,涉及液体危险货物运输车辆事故时有发生,造成严重的生命财产损失和恶劣的影响,引起社会的广泛关注。针对罐车本质安全问题,本文梳理了罐车管理中各部门的职责及其全生命周期内相关管理制度现状,并在广泛调研的基础上,全面分析了管理中存在的问题,提出了针对性的改进建议。Accidents involve liquid dangerous goods road tank-vehicle occurred occasionally in recent years, causing serious damage on life and property security of people, and leading devastating consequences, social extensive concern has been caused. For the problem of intrinsically safe of tank-vehicle, respon- sibility of related government departments is analyzed, the status analysis of management system is carried out, on the basis of extensive investigation and research, problems existing in the management system are comprehensively analyzed, corresponding suggestions for solving these problems are proposed.
