摘　　要：目的:分析动力髋螺钉(DHS)与股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨近端骨折临床疗效、Harris评分及预后生活质量。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月于我院医治的82例老年股骨近端骨折患者,按手术方法不同设为研究组(41例)和对照组(41例),前者予PFNA,后者予DHS,观察两组手术指标,术后1、6、12个月Harris评分及生活质量。结果:研究组手术指标,术后1、6、12个月Harris评分及生活质量均比对照组优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与DHS相比,PFNA治疗可改善手术指标,提高Harris评分及生活质量。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of dynamic hip screw（ DHS） and proximal femoral nail（ PFNA） in treating elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures and harris score and influence on the prognosis of life quality. Methods： 82 elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 wes selected and divided into two groups randomly,each group for 41 cases. The research group was treated with PFNA,and the control group was treated with DHS. The operation indicators of two groups were observed,and Harris score and life quality of 1 month,6 months and 12 months after operation of two groups was observed. Results： The operation indicators,Harris score and life quality of1 month,6 months and 12 months after operation of the research group were evidently better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with DHS,PFNA not only can improve operation indicators,but also improve Harris score and life quality.
