多普勒彩色超声心动图检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究多普勒彩色超声心动图检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用。方法:收集我院已诊断为急性心肌梗死的患者35例,随机分为对照组及实验组。对照组17例采用12导联心电图进行检测;实验组18例予多普勒彩色超声心动图检测。两组患者都需进行冠状动脉造影检查,检查后将冠状动脉造影的结果与两组检测结果进行对比分析。结果:检查结束后,实验组患者的准确率为(88.9%)高于对照组(58.8%),其差异相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组对心肌梗死部位定位诊断的准确,对并发症的检出率较高,经过对比其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多普勒彩色超声心动图在检测急性心肌梗死的诊断中较心电图更为准确,在诊断检测上与心电图相互补充,能够更为准确的完成心肌梗死的诊断,多普勒彩色超声心动图在对急性心肌梗死并发症的检测上有良好的效果,适宜在临床上广泛采用。Objective： To investigate the application of color doppler echocardiography detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods： A total of 35 cases with acute myocardial infarction from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group. 17 cases in the control group were detected by 12-lead electrocardiogram; 18 cases in the experiment group were detected by doppler color echocardiography. Both two groups need a coronary angiography examination,after checked,the results of coronary angiography with two groups of test results were compared and analyzed.Results： After detection,the accuracy rate of the experiment group（ 88.9%） was higher than control group（ 58.8%）,the difference with statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）; compared with the control group,myocardial infarction location level diagnosis accuracy and the detection rate of complications diagnosed of the experiment group were higher,the difference withstatistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Color doppler echocardiography in detecting of acute myocardial infarction diagnosis is more accurate thanelectrocardiogram,in diagnostic testing with electrocardiogram complement each other,can be more accurate to complete the diagnosis of myocardial infarction,color doppler echocardiography in the detection of complications of acute myocardial infarction have good effects,is suitable for widely used in clinic.
