摘 要:石油化工行业自动化仪表系统采用了大量高精度电子设备,过电压耐受能力差,容易受闪电感应影响甚至损坏。依据雷电防护理论和标准,综合考虑了石油化工罐区仪表系统雷电防护中部分存在的问题,从建构筑物的直击雷电防护、供配电感应雷电防护和仪表系统感应雷电防护等几方面进行了论述。仪表系统的感应雷电防护包括合理布线、等电位连接、接地、电涌保护器设置等。建议采取针对性的雷电防护措施,以防止或减少仪表系统受雷电的损害,保证系统运行安全。A large number of high precision electronic components are used in instrument system in petrochemical industry, these instruments are poor with overvoltage resistant capability and more easily affected by lightning induction and even being damaged. Based on lightning protection standards and theory, combined with actual situation of lightning protection in instrument system in petrochemical tank scene, comprehensive consideration about lightning protective of instrument system including direct lightning protection of buildings, induction lightning protection from power supply and instrument system are discussed. Induction lightning protection for instrument system includes reasonable wiring, equipotential connection, grounding connection, surge protective devices setting and etc. It is suggested specific lightning protection measures should be taken to prevent or reduce instrument system from damaging by lightning to ensure system running safety.
