摘  要:针对加油站自吸泵交流异步电动机仅存在启动和关停两种状态,无法实现变频控制,故障率高、调速范围小、效率较低等问题,研发了自吸泵永磁无刷直流电动机。现场应用表明:永磁无刷直流电动机可以实现操作人员提枪时电动机低速运转,正常加油作业时高速运转,启动转矩、运行效率、泵体温升、使用寿命等性能特性均优于传统交流异步电动机。在加油站同等操作条件下,永磁无刷直流电动机与传统交流异步电动机相比节约电能大于30%。Aimed at problems with normal three-phase asynchronous motor used in self-primingpump, such as high failure rate, narrow speed adjustable range, low efficiency, only start-upand shutdown states and shortage of frequency conversion control, a type of asynchronousmotor used in BLDC was developed. Field application shows permanent magnetic BLDCM canrealize carrying up gun at low speed and normal refueling at high speed. Characteristics ofstarting torque, operation efficiency, pump temperature rise, service life and others aresuperior to that for ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor. More than 30% electricity canbe saved with BLDCM comparing to that with application of normal three-phase asynchronousmotor under same operating conditions.
