摘　　要：针对炼化企业生产装置中大压缩机组的安全高效运行问题,根据现场实际需要,开发了机组动态仿真培训系统ITCCOTS,介绍了ITCC-OTS系统的构成,技术特点和功能,并完成催化、加氢裂化等装置大机组定制版的ITCC-OTS系统开发及应用,满足了操作人员大机组操作培训需要,同时用于车间技术人员和仪表人员模拟故障仿真需要。Aiming at problems of safe and high operation efficiency of compressor unit formanufacture installation for refinery enterprise, unit dynamic simulation training system ITC-OYC is developed according to practical demand. The system construct, technical characteristicsand function are introduced. The tailor-made ITCC-OTS system development and applicationfor catalytic and hydrogen cracking reaction and so on are accomplished. The big unit operationtraining demand for operators is met. It can also be used to satisfy fault simulation fortechnician and instrument engineer.
