演化经济地理学视角下的产业结构演替与分叉研究评述

摘　　要：产业结构演替是传统的研究话题之一,新古典经济学和"新增长理论"分别探讨了产业结构及其内生技术动力。但影响产业结构演替的要素众多,并随研究区域、行业及产业周期的变化而变化,具有很深的历史根植性。1990年代发展起来的演化经济地理学为更好地理解推动产业结构变化的要素及其作用机制提供了强大的理论和研究方法。但研究转型国家产业结构演替时,需要对起源于欧美的演化经济地理学分析框架进行修正。文章首先梳理了产业结构分析框架及演化视角下的产业结构演替研究,并在评述其发展背景和研究特色的基础上,探讨两者之间的内在联系;最后,结合中国发展特点,讨论了现有的产业结构演替研究在中国实际应用中需要注意的问题。Industrial structure evolution is an important traditional topic in the fields of economic geography. The state and the endogenous dynamics of the industrial structure are discussed with New Classical Economics and New Growth Theory respectively. However, the factors affecting the industrial structure evolution, which vary across different areas, industries and industrial life cycle stages, have deep historical roots. Evolutionary Economic Geography that emerged in the late 1990s provides the theoretical framework and research methods for a better understanding of the dynamics of industrial structure. However, there is a need to revise the analytical frameworks of Evolutionary Economic Geography that originated from the advanced market economies when we analyze the industrial structure evolution in the transitional countries. This paper first reviews the studies on industrial structure evolution from the perspective of industrial structure analysis framework and evolutionary economics. Then, it discusses the internal relationship between the two approaches, examining their own development backgrounds and characteristics. Finally, it points out some issues when the exiting researches on the industrial structure evolution are applied to China.
