摘 要:针对射孔弹起爆时产生的瞬时压力场进行了研究,建立了射孔冲击载荷的计算模型,通过对计算模型进行变量分析得出了射孔弹数目、引爆间隔时间、主装炸药量、人工井底物理条件及"口袋"深度对射孔冲击载荷的影响规律。以该计算模型为基础,对封隔器以下管柱在射孔冲击载荷下的受力进行了分析,建立了管柱的力学计算模型,得出了管柱发生螺旋屈曲及塑性形变的临界载荷计算公式,可为射孔—酸化—测试联作管柱的强度校核提供参考,从而提高联作管柱射孔完井的安全性。According to research of the instantaneous pressure field for perforating bullet explosion,the calculation model of perforating impact load is established,and through the analysis of the variable perforation number to the calculation model,the influence law to perforation impact loads of number of perforating shells,detonated explosive interval time,main charges,physical condition of artificial bottom hole and'pocket' depth has been derived. On the basis of the simulation model,the stress of the pipe string below the packer on the perforated impact load are analyzed,its mechanics calculation model is established,and the critical load calculation formula for helical buckling and plastic deformation of string has been gained which can be used as a reference for the strength check of the combination of perforation and acidification and test,so as to improve the safety of the combined pipe string perforation completion.
