摘  要:页岩气平台井与集气站的气产量计量存在较大误差,它对页岩气排采测试、及商业输气等都产生了诸多不利的影响。从页岩气产量计量基本原理和计算方法入手,分析了计量误差形成的原因主要有:系统硬件误差,使用条件变化引超的误差,天然气组份以及温度变化引超的误差,不合理取值和计算方法,以及对设备的操作、复杂工况等均会引起误差。结合现场实际,提出合理选择仪表、采用高效卧式分离器,以及对孔板流量计定期维护,合理修正参数提高计量准确性等主要控制措施,减小计量误差,为页岩气精确计量提供了可靠的理论依据。Gas production with shale gas well platform and gas station has a big error of measurement,which has many adverse effects to shale gas rank test and commercial gas produced. From shale gas production measurement principle and calculation method,the causes of the metering error are analyzed,which mainly has: the system hardware error,the error caused by the use of conditions change,gas component and the error due to temperature change,unreasonable value and calculation methods,as well as to the operation of the equipment,complex working conditions,etc,to cause error. Combined with the actual,main control measures have been put forward to minimize measurement errors and reasonable choice instrument,adopt efficient horizontal separator,and regular maintenance of orifice flow-meter,such as reasonable correction parameters to improve measurement accuracy,which reduces the measurement error,and provides the reliable theory basis for shale gas accurate measurement.
