摘  要:四川安岳气田高石梯震旦系灯影组储层具有埋藏深、温度高、含硫、低孔低渗,非均质性强,储层类型多等特点。为保证探井试油快速、安全,结合储层特点,研制出专用于替液压井的循环阀,以及大通径高温高压型压启式井下安全循环阀等,形成了射孔—酸化—测试联作、酸化—测试—封堵联作,以及机械分层酸化—测试联作等系列管柱。通过工具改进、管柱组合及测试工艺优化设计,在震旦系灯影组储层探井中成功应用,提高了勘探井测试成功率,缩短了测试周期,节约了成本,避免了储层二次污染,同时可在"三高"气井勘探井中推广应用。The Sinian Dengying formation located in Anyue city of Sichuan province is characterized by deep burial reservoir,abnormal high pressure and temperature,sulfur-containing,strong heterogeneity,as well as low porosity and permeability,hydraulic circulating valve specifically used for liquid and killing well,and pressured type of down-hole safety circulating valve with big bore diameter,high temperature and high pressure have been developed,to form the series strings of the perforating-acidification- test,acidification- test- block,as well as the mechanical layering acidification- test combined operation. Through tool improvement,string combination and test technical optimization design,it is successfully applied in exploration well at Sinian Dengying formation which not only increases the success rate of exploration wells,reduces the testing cycle-time,but also saves the cost and avoids the reservoir damage,meanwhile,can be widely used in exploration wells like 'three high' gas wells.
