摘 要:传统的滚筒制动力检测台存在检测时会对四驱车辆造成变速器损坏等问题。为实现全时四驱车制动力快速、准确、安全的综合在线检测,研制了全时四驱汽车制动力检测系统。介绍了汽车制动力检测原理,新型全时四驱制动力检测台的结构设计以及系统的软硬件设计;针对实测中如何更好地测得车轮最大制动力给出了合理的方法。以国标为依据,对该系统进行了相关的标定、试验以及不确定度分析。现场实测表明,该系统能够很好地满足全时四驱车辆制动力测试的要求,具有较高的测量精度及可靠性。In order to solve the problem of damaged transmission when all wheel drive vehicle has braking test in traditional detection platform,and make online detection be more quickly,accurately and safely,all wheel drive vehicle braking testing system has been developed. This paper introduces the detection principle of braking force,the struc- ture design of new inspection bench,the hardware and software design of the system,and researches a reasonable ap- proach for better measurement of maximum wheel braking force in the test. And based on national standard,calibra- tion,testing and uncertainty analysis is done to this system. Finally,the actual measurements showed that the system can be very good to meet the requirements of all wheel drive vehicle braking test and it has high measurement pre- cision and reliability.
