摘 要:本论文选取淮南潘谢矿区东部潘集,中部的顾桥,西部谢桥矿的三个塌陷水域为研究对象,采集柱状沉积物样品并分层对其有机质含量进行了分析。有机质分析采用分光光度法。潘集塌陷水域沉积物中有机质的含量范围为0.98~4.24%,平均值为2.04%;顾桥塌陷水域沉积物中有机质的含量范围为1.4~2.2%,平均值为1.73%;,谢桥塌陷水域沉积物中有机质的含量范围为1.2~1.8%,平均值为1.47%。总体上,自表层而下,有机质含量呈减小的趋势。本研究结果可以为水域的营养元素迁移转化,水域的管理,生态恢复实践提供重要的参考。this paper, we chose east of Panji、middle of Guqiao、west of Xieqiao three places in Panxie coal mining area of Huainan. We picked the columnar sediment samples and stratified them to parts to analyze the organic matter content by the method of spectrophotometer. The Panji coal waters of organic matter concentration in sediments at the range of 0.98 ~4.24%,with an average of 2.04 %; The Guqiao coal waters of organic matter concentration in sediments at the range of 1.4~2.2 %, with an average of 1.73 %; The Xieqiao coal waters of organic matter concentration in sediments at the range of 1.2 ~1.8 %, with an average of 1.47%; Overall, the organic matter content showed a decreasing trend from the surface. The results of this study have an important reference value on the migration of the nutrients of the waters and the waters management and the practice of ecological restoration.
