摘　　要：随着大数据、互联网+时代的来临、云科技的发展以及手机用户的增加,我国现在已处于移动学习的爆发期。移动学习越发受到社会、企业及学习者的关注。本文通过文献调研法、问卷和访谈调研法,针对北京市的部分人力资源服务机构的管理者和员工进行了调研,论述在人力资源服务机构推广移动学习必要性和可行性,并对移动学习课程提供商、企业决策者、企业员工等提出了相关建议。With the advent of big data and the Internet ＋ era, the development of cloud technology and the increase of mobile phone users, China is now on the outbreak of mobile learning. Mobile learning has attracted more and more attention from the staff working in enterprises. Through literature survey, question- naire and interview survey, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of popularizing the mobile learning in human resource service organizations in Beijing, and gives some suggestions for mobile learning providers, enterprise policymakers and staff.
