摘 要:通过双源CT与肺功能检查(PFT)数据对照分析,探讨CT肺气肿指数对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能评价的应用价值。方法收集108例COPD患者为研究对象,31例为对照组。进行PFT检查,根据结果将COPD患者严重程度分组,同时进行双源CT肺部扫描,运用肺功能分析软件测定肺气肿指数(LAV%,即肺低衰减区占肺总容积的百分比),分析LAV%与PFT的相关性。结果 COPD患者的LAV%>对照组(P<0.05),COPD患者不同严重程度组别LAV%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LAV%对于评价COPD患者的肺功能有重要意义,患者LAV%与COPD严重程度呈正相关。To explore the value of CT pulmonary emphysema index in assessing the pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through the comparative analysis of data from dual-source CT and pulmonary function testing. Methods 108 patients who were diagnosed as having COPD were enrolled in the study, with 31 normal volunteers as control group. All of them underwent pulmonary function testing, all patients with COPD were grouped in terms of the severity of disease, and lung scanning by dual-source CT simultaneously. The lung emphysema index ( LAV%, the percentage of total lung area occupied by low attenuation area) was measured by pulmo analysis software, the correlation between LAV% and PF'F was analyzed. Results The LAV% of patients with COPD was higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), there was significant difference on the LAV% among different severity groups ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion It is of great significance for using LAV% to evaluate the pulmonary function of patients with COPD, there is a positive correlation between the LAV% of patients and the severity of COPD.
