摘  要:采用吸湿排汗剂DM-3741对涤纶针织物进行整理,研究了整理剂用量、整理温度、整理时间和工作液pH值等因素对整理后织物吸湿排汗性能和色牢度的影响。结果表明,吸湿排汗剂DM-3741采用染色后浸渍法整理工艺,用量4%(owf),整理温度50℃,整理时间20min,工作液pH值6.0时,涤纶针织物具有最佳的吸湿排汗整理效果,同时对涤纶针织物的各项色牢度影响最小。Moisture adsorption and perspiration treatment finishing of polyester fabric with the wicking agent DM-3741 were stud- ied. The influences of the dosage of wicking agents, curing temperature, curing time and finishing bath pH value on the finished fabric moisture wicking properties and color fastness were studied. The results showed that the optimum performance of moisture management results of polyester fabric could be achieved with wicking agent DM-3741 4%, pH value 6.0, 50℃ and treated for 20 min. The wicking property of polyester fabric was improved, and the influences of wicking finishing to colorfastness for the fabric were minimized.
